Finaddictsaltwaterfish.com uses FedEx Express and USPS to ship your fish and invertebrates to your door! We take exhaustive care to insure that your order is packed and shipped as soon as possible and that it gets to you with all of its prized cargo ready to be acclimated to your tank.

Please note that the shipping charge of $39.99 is based on the net purchase amount of Marine Life after all discounts, coupons and store credits are applied. Someone must be present to sign for fish.

Are there any shipping specials?

YES, if your shipping address is in FLORIDA, sign up for Newsletters at the bottom of the page to receive FREE SHIPPING on orders totaling $69.99 or more. Within 48 hours, the Fin-Addict Team will activate your special pricing. For everyone else, we always SHIP FREE on orders totaling $250.00!

When does Fin-Addict ship?

Fin-Addict USPS Priority, FedEx Express, Overnight & 2nd Day orders ship out on Mon, Tues & Wed. We do not ship FedEx 2nd day orders out on Thursday or Friday because in some instances they may take 3 days in transit and can be stuck Sundays.

Florida orders ship out Mon-Thurs, while all other Southeast US orders always ship out Mon-Wed. Additional locations ship out based on the region and weather.

How is the Marine Life packaged?

All of our fish are triple bagged in the appropriate size shipping bag with Oxygen. They are then carefully packed into an insulated Styrofoam shipping box with newspaper and packing filler (usually Styrofoam peanuts). Heat Packs or Ice Packs may be added, depending on the weather.

When will I receive my shipment?

There is a 1-4 business day processing period on all orders before they are shipped. Livestock is only shipped on certain days to avoid weekend delays and to collect the freshest livestock available.

We do our best to get your order shipped as promptly as possible. Please be mindful that overnight shipping does not mean you will receive your order the day after you place it - the order must go through the 1-4 business day processing period prior to being shipped. We will contact you via the email you provide upon checkout and inform you on the pack and arrival dates.

What is the minimum order size?

There is no minimum order size - pick your livestock and get them shipped FAST!

What kind of shipping guarantee do you include?

Our 15-day arrive alive guarantee does not cover lost shipments, or shipments not signed for. Please see the 15-day Arrive Alive Guarantee section for more information.

Can Fin-Addict ship on Saturdays or requested dates?

Yes! You may request a special shipment date as long as it is past the 4-day processing period by doing so in the notes section of the order.

Does Fin-Addict Saltwater Fish ship to P.O. boxes?

Sorry, due to liability we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes and a physical address must be listed. Please keep your address and phone number (found in profile) is correct prior to checkout. We use the address for the shipping labels and the phone number will be included for the carrier to contact you in the event of a problem with your package.
