• We will credit your FinAddictAquaticCollections.com account for any item which is (Dead on Arrival) provided a picture of the item is provided within the 15-day window. Requests submitted without the required picture cannot be processed.
• Please note, we do not replace fish that show signs of torn fins or aggression from other tank mates.
